Earthworks Excavating & Landscaping, Inc. began business in 1984 and incorporated in 1987. Mark Oczkowski resides as the founder and President. His wife, Patricia Oczkowski has remained the Secretary and Treasurer since the company’s inception. The company employs 15-20 full-time operators, truck drivers and laborers.
Our new maintenance facility was built in 2020 and is located at 4 Woodruff Hill Road, Oxford, CT.
Earthworks Excavating & Landscaping is pre-qualified with the State of Connecticut DAS and is fully licensed, insured and bonded.
